| My weber 40 IDF has what looks like a vaccum tube, it has a small screw on the end of it. Is this a vaccum port? Could I run a vac. advance dist off it? I will be running dual 40 idf"s, and would like to move away from my 009 if possible. |

You are fortunate. Not all IDFs have vacuum ports in them.

| After driving around with vacuum and never having it before that, I can say that my IDF's will be given a dizzy with the vac advance treatment. Huge difference in street driveability. Any daily driver with a carb that has a vacuum port should USE IT. |
