| I want to rebuild my 1600 sp and make it a 1776 or 1835 dual port with dual carbs. What would you recommend as far as parts and maybe books for step by step. I've got a VW machinist that will work with me to get things the right size. Are there kits that would help this process go a little smoother? |

| I would also like to make the engine handle higher revs a little better. Are there special parts that would help? I know there are high rev springs but what else could make a difference? |
