I have always loved this thread... can't get enough of the 'black & white' look with the background. I like color of the bus, but I think the picture would look better if the bus was L87 instead. But that's just my opinion...
And I also like your new Avatar too, Clara. |

kinda true but they did get around 10" overnight
most of western washington has gotten 6"-14" since yesterday
normally we are lucky to get 3" at any one point of the season |

Um ya, there is still a lot of snow on that boat! Honestly, I didn't even think about the boat, I wanted to take a pic before shoveling, and that bus is closest to the door. We got about 16-18" total in the last week, though some melted. This area is not used to that! Everything shut down yesterday. Temps are hovering around freezing now. The snow has been starting to melt and then re-freezing. It is slick as glass, and the radio says the schools are still closed. Forecast for today is 'freezing rain'.
Looks like no more snow is on the way, and it'll warm up into the 40s tomorrow.
The new avatar is Cyrus, named after the character from Trailer Park Boys. He is a mouser, and his job is to protect the buses from mice.

see the snow up to the grease caps yesterday morning:

| I saw on the weather channel you might need that boat if you get the warmer weather they are forcasting for later in the week. Stay safe. |
