Hi Josh

I have been sending 4 emails to you at [email protected] since July 2010 asking about 2 seat belt covers that you sent me which is not the same as you had advertised in Samba. Please see below as a reminder for pics of the covers that you advertised (Top Pic) and the ones that you sent me (Bottom Pic).

You haven't replied to my emails at all. But I note that you are still active here and posted a reply on 1 Oct. So please let me know whether you can resend the correct covers as advertised or how are you going to fix this problem for me.

I have sent you several emails, what can i do to fix the issue, as i can not find the other seatbelt bolt cover that matches the correct one, a partial refund ??? let me know and we will clear it up

Hi Josh

Delighted that you responded at last. Yes - you have been sending me several emails about my shipping address before you sent the items but no emails thereafter. Your latest email on 10 July 2010 which you wrote:

"it says that the address is too long and when I try to modify it it wont work < I will send it by just writing the address but without a lable from pay pal neither of us are protected THANKS JOSH"

I am indeed hopeful we can fix this issue. Partial refund??? I wouldn't have paid for the covers at USD 25 plus USD 11 shipping if I knew you would be sending me the incorrect type of cover and the correct type of cover but with so many scratches on it, and I definitely won't be using them at all. There are no sign of the same scratches on the correct type of cover in the pic that posted (or your pic wasn't clear and I should give you the benefit of the doubt ???).

I think a refund of USD 30 (item price USD 25 plus USD 5 as half of the shipping cost) should be fair and reasonable and I will send the covers back to you but you will have to pay me the shipping cost for it.

ok send me your pay pal again , again i appoligize i didnt realize they were diffrent, and i dont have anymore so someone else must of got a mismatched set also and never said anything, no worries i will refund the money and you can just keep them my mistake Joshua

My paypal address is the same as my email address that I have been using to send to you. I will be sending you an email again in a moment.

I think refund needs to be made with 60 days of payment which 60 days as already passed. Not sure how you could refund / pay me. I never received payment before via paypal and not sure how it will work. Pls let me know when you have made payment of USD 30.

Bought a couple of parts from Josh and it had been a real good experience.
Communication is always important to me for I want to make sure that all areas are covered to eliminate concern. Josh was very accommodating on this which I appreciate.
Once I paid, ads got deleted and shipment done quickly. Oh he added some gifts which I will pass on to our fellow enthusiasts. :D
