i would think( don't quote me, lol) that if you get a good alt, or even a gen that is putting out enough amps and you use your winch in bursts, and keep the rig running you would be ok... you could even bring one of those jumpstart kits and if your car stalled let the batt rest for a few then jump start and let it charge for a while.
And you know what, out of all the stuck situations I've been in either in mud holes or going up a steep hill. it's never been nothing a couple come-a-longs, plenty of chain and a second car has never gotten us out of. |
