I know the outside color of the wheels is the dark grey but what color id the other? Is it the light grey? or ???
Pretty sure the inner part should be Almond White Frank, even on a 2-tone Vert. |

H'mm, that's an interesting one as I don't think it would be white with white.
Something tells me (from memory of B+W photos in that book taken at Wolfburg when Oval's were being made) the inner part was painted a dark colour on white cars (black?). |

I already posted this in the main forum but the question is still open, any ideas?
"Ricardo from SPU is in the process of making some Visors for my 55 Vert.
The car was built RHD and sold new in the UK and over time has lost its original visors. With so few pre Aug-55 Verts to check in the UK I have a question on how the visors would have looked when new.
The question is this.
Talking a LHD car, I believe that from new, a pre Aug-55 Vert would have a "long" visor fitted to the drivers side and a "short" visor fitted to the passenger side.
A RHD car would therefore have the same but were visors specifically made for RHD cars? Or as some have suggested, the visors would have been flipped over 180 degrees to look correct for RHD?
If you get my meaning and if this is correct, when the visors are moved down in a RHD car you would be looking at the tail of the frame rivets, not the head. And the trailing edge moulding would also therefore not be as intended in a LHD car." |

I would think and this is just an opinion which I know your not lookin for  If it where up to me I would have them made the same as a LHD just reversed for RHD rivets facing as they do on a LHD! It just makes since I dont think vw would have pulled such a rig as to just flipem although who knows  But either way I wouldent care I would want them as the LHD are. I know original matters but !!!!! I only hope Ricardo is making them for LHD aswell they are needed !! |

Wiring loom
Can I have you suggestions please. Where can I find a correct 53-55 Euro Vert (semas) wiring loom?
I need a RHD loom which will be impossible because as far as I'm aware no-one makes one, so I'll have to work on a LHD one if there's any out there? |
