Got My new harness in what a pain!! getting out is one thing getting in and making the bend between the heater and the piller is ruff. But its in and its a two man job thanks DAD!! :D

I have aftermarkets and finally got the og's. I think I'll keep them for right now :)

Here's what one of my books has...

1954 cabrio colors

L 41 Black
L 54 poppy red
L 81 parchment white
L 210 beige green
L 219 congo green
L 232 iris blue
L 275 light beige
L 279 dolomite

L227 strato silver is shown as a choice for cabs aug 55- mar 56, however it is shown as a 54 sedan color choice.

The beige green or congo sound cool what shade of color is dolomite?
You know after seeing yours Izzy with all the goodies is whats making me want to paint mine now! Its reallya money issue but Im starting to think its worth the waite. Besides I think we have enough hoodrides to cover us for awhile. Not that I dont like the look I just dont think I want to pull this car apart twice To much work. :roll: Whats the color of yustrns car its a cool shade of green looks like reed green to me. most likely not one of the two in the green family I have to choose from! :cry:

This roof seals work great, highly recomended. I have instaled them on my -57.

I have first tried another manufakturer of this seals and they where crap :evil:

This mirror is for sale in the classifieds, why is the (hinge part ?) beveled? The one on my vert is not like this. Is anybodys mirror beveled also?

I'm not sure, I have two mirrors and neither of them look like that...they look like:

That one in the classified looks wierd, on my -57 its the same as in the bookscan.

I'm replacing the front fenders, hood, rear apron with the correct one for my year & model (US July '55 model). I'm also restoring my og 36hp & split case tranny. Here is a recent picture of my '55.
