hey brian I just got your PM, I don't check it too often so sorry for the delay

Glad to see the dripfest is back on this year!

I will try to make some of these GTG's once the weather gets nicer, right now I am still in ski mode, I should be back in the area by the next meet
I guess it's time to take the cover off the 63 and head out...

once you get a group established I still want to do a french creek cruise/photoshoot

hey where are my centercaps??

cheers
Paul

i'm manning PA, sean is manning St.Augustine and Jacksonville.
being a free club, the OCOD is a loose club with no real hierarchy like other clubs (president, vice, treasurer, secretary, etc etc etc).

people keep asking me what they need to do to 'be in the club', i keep telling them, "just show up and have a good time" 8)

ok so i guess i would talk to you then i will pm you

For those who are interested there will be a GTG at Garnet VW in Chadds Ford PA on Tuesday March 24th from 7pm - 9pm. Perfect for those of you that cannot meet on Saturday...or maybe you can hit both meetings. Check the thread for the Garnet meet.

nice mk1 gti!!! yeah, bring it out, i'll be rollin' out in "kate's" cabby again this month. you need to toss a set of Fuchs on that thing! i'll lend you my mk1 roof rack if you'd like. (i can't sell it b/c i know i'll end up in another mk1 at some point in the future and i'm a huge supporter of hauling junk around on the roof of all my cars!!)

here's a couple from last month...

the wife's cabby

another killer cabby!

East Coast Imports' Harlequin Audi

the shananigans and houligans

Yeah, i fly out Monday mornings to GA and fly back to PA on thursday evenings. So i'll be out on Saturday in the cabby.

i'll have the shirts with me too so Rachel can check out the Girl Ts.

yeah, looks like we'll have new guys coming out this month too which is awesome!

the OCOD plan for March 28th is to meet at VF around 10am-ish, then cruise on over to Craft Ale House around Noon-ish!

If you're a definite for the Craft Ale House Cruise on saturday, could you just let me know on here, i spoke to the owner yesterday and he's cool with it and encourages it, but just wanted to get an idea as to how many cars that might show up so i'd like to give him a rough car-count before saturday! thanks guys!

Saturday's forecast is looking kinda wet. but it's still early in the week.

Letterman7 Mon Mar 23, 2009 12:34 pm

Yep...let's see what the forecast is by Thursday. Maybe we should actually meet inside the visitor center, rather than just the lower lot if it looks like it'll be raining.

only 30% chance of showers...that's a 70% chance of nice weather, high of 54...we might be able to cruise with our cabby tops down!

we'll be there til around 11-11:30 or so, then we'll be cruising up to Craft Ale House for some good brew and lunch!!!! i was there this past saturday and enjoying some fine brew and delicious food!!!!

i guess i should print up OCOD umbrellas and rain gear for future GTGs!

I might have to run in the back of the pack in the mustang ,put my new alternator in then realized the fan is all rotted out where it bolts on. I might hit you up to bring a fan for me on saturday Brian if I don't get 1 by then

Letterman7 Mon Mar 23, 2009 3:54 pm

:D We'll see...I've got to get the Cabbie in for service - injectors are getting clogged, so if it's warm enough I may bring the SR....which sadly is now up for sale

Just feeling the interest level, Ramone. I could use the money for projects needed around the home. If it sells, fine. If not, I'll still run it!
