| just remember that most cars have the tail lights around waist level. putting them up that high might not be the safest. It's the same reason (but in the opposite direction) why I get nervous driving my lowered 53 around town. |

| true, true.. good thought. I'm almost more worried about blinding people with the Leds, been fairly impressed with how bright they are. |

Cool baja... makes me wanna spend money on mine again...
I was worried about taillight height with the lights in my roof-rack too...
...but then I got to thinking about the OTHER things i'd be ticketed for in my baja when driving it on the street....
non-dot headlights, no speedometer, less than adequate fenders... probably too loud... etc...
So, if the officer is having a bad day, we're screwed anyway.
I say keep it... even though wings are for rice rockets :D |

Extra Nutz... at least you got a "verbal pat on the butt" before I branded you FAST AND THE FURIOUS.
Your car is sweet... you just gotta embrace the beatings....
I get crap for my HUGE roof-rack and cartoon colored paint... you have unneccessary downforce with LED's built in... EMBRACE IT.
You coming to RoundTable in Escondido tommorow? I wanna see that wiing up close. |

Hey Huck,
If you're not SoCalin' it, honk and wave when you get to the top of the pass so I'll know to wave back...wish I could be meeting you over there.
So you've gone The Flash & The Foolish on us too huh? You guys aren't putting neon under the sides of the car are ya? ...LOL
As a race tech inspector, we're finding that while the LED lights are real brite sitting in a parking lot, but in dust offroad, they disappear quickly for some reason. Especially the ambers. And a little off angle and they disappear also. Real fog lights work musch better for dust lights. |
