Jim, your posts always make me laugh. Everyone of them mentions beer. Someone that doesn't know you might think you were a ragging alcoholic. I like the idea of deep pocket sponsorship. Man, think if QT wanted to sponsor the show they might in the future want to give us the lower level of the IPE building.

I forgot about your SC. That's awesome to hear of another split bus being there.

hey Chewbacca, my '55 would mean that I would have 2 buses at the show. Don't make me show you up.

Last week the first donation of parts for the engine give away came in, a pair of hand selected O.G. dual port heads, never cracked never welded completly rebuild, Thank You Robert @ Der German ....... This is a start so I passed out a two page list of parts needed and I'll be asking you to donate what you can..... It was suggested that building an engine complete on day of show might be unrealistic depending on weather conditions , Those folks have never been to an NHRA drag race where engines are built between races, but to keep it simple and make it eaiser for myself we will build it complete in advance and have it mounted on a stand with a fuel supply and a battery and be able to demonstrate as needed...... Would you buy a ticket for this if you could see it and hear it run????

Jim-

I'd buy two tickets...

The cruise to Houligans was awsome. To bad assmanmike drove a chevy!
That square from OKC kept leaving me in the dust at every stop light. Good to have new members who actually work on and drive thier cars.
