Ok, I contacted Sonic and happened to get lucky and spoke to the regional director of marketing. Since this is a new location they haven't set up anything yet for car shows.

Down Low: They want to to do it and have been gauging interest to start a drive in night. I was the first person to express interest so we would have first dibs on day and time. Also, if we are an actual club they are willing to come to events and give out food! :D

What we need to do: Come to a consensus on when we would want to meet. Weekly, or monthly? Along with a day of the week and an expected number of cars showing up.

They will be contacting me this upcoming week with more info.

Sat nite, monthly, and opposite from the Miami Fudds night, and we should make it nice for everyone. agreed?

I agree on Saturday's and once a month also. I have no preference on which Saturday though.

the meet down in miami is the 1st sat of every month. :wink: i wish they would build a Sonics by me, they have such a diverse menu(for fast food/junk food anyway)and make for killer vw gtg's :D

I hear from the manager that there are a lot of car clubs vying for show dates at this sonics. Looks like a good spot.

Don't forget that there's a Sonic on Lake Worth Rd as well. I know one of the manegers there is into cars and has said he would be down for meets.
