I got a little work done this weekend. Thanks for my friend who helped in the welding, it all ended up looking great. There is a little left to grind and weld but it all fits. The window it almost perfect and no gaps on either side. The bolts all along the pan line up as well. Here are some pics, more on the photobucket page

very cool. How long did it take you two to swap clips? Did everything line up good? I may eventually do this to my 69.

We started around 12 on Sun and finished around 12 that night. We took a few hour breaks to grab food and a few beers. It was pretty easy to line up with the stock seems on the rockers and a few measurements. We had to trim a little once we started to line it up since we left excess metal to make sure we didnt end up with gap. Overall, I would say this was actually pretty easy and turned out great. Im going to reinforce the door frames this week and put the body back up on the dolly to start working on the pan.
