Hello

I have a chance to buy a van local to me for $800. The body is kind of rusty and tried to be repaired( primered spots). I dont care about the body to much because it would be more of a parts vehicle for my 91 syncro. I know the tranny wont work to swap but there are a lot of other parts that could. I would also be able to part out the rest. Is this a good idea or should I pass? Going to look at it tomarrow, so replies needed soon.
Thanks in advance
Eric

Pictures?
If its a water-cooled camper i would go for it. especially if it runs.

What parts do you need? There's another in Madison for $500 obo.

It's been for sale for awhile so he might go down a couple hundred.

I have an 85 camper parts van and know of a few other parts vans out there.

Well I could use the motor to swap out because i do not have the money for a full rebuild right now. i was just going to part out most everthing else at the moment. Might take the wheels since they are alloys. I thought I would part out anything else.
