i have a set of pacers which are also the same. they were probably made by the same company and branded differently to sell them in several stores or catalogs.

they're he same rim, sold by diferent companies. thats how you end up with the diferent names, the only diference is on the centercap logo

Eltigre was the JC Penny line of wheels.

I've read that 14 inch wheels like these were an option for type 181 thing but I have not been able to confirm that anywhere.
I have a set of 4 chrome 14"
and a pair of wide 15"
but no center caps to identify any of them.
Same wheels can also be seen in Meyers Tow'd adverts.

I'm looking for center caps for these rims. what does AP stand for?

AP stands for Appliance, they ere all the same wheel, the name change comes from the different distributors that sold them at the time, they're also known as Pacers
