Two guys drive from the Oregon border to Mexican border in 50 days...driving a beat up late '70's Westy. Great surf, nature and "character" photos.
They've published a book, but you can a great preview (4 parts) via this link. Some fun Westy photos here and there (plus the usual breakdown stories...like breaking off all of the door handles, torn pop-up tent, broken CV joint). There's a great photo (Part 2, Slide 2 ) looking into the Westy's side mirror --- a line of cars behind them, "typical view behind a VW bus."
