A question to anyone that has fitted the 'bubble' centerlines....
What brakes do they fit over?
I've been running centrelines for years, and just bought another set, but this time with a bubble front pair to improve the track width so I could remove the narrowed beam off the bus.
BUT they don't fit over the CSP front discs. Looking at how they foul, I doubt any disc brakes would allow the fitting of these wheels, so assume everyone with them has drums? Hopefully some of you guys will prove me wrong though.
thanks. |

Dont know answer.
I was under the impression that centerlines always needed a spacer to fit disc brakes because the calipers sit proud of the face of the hub. |

My existing ones fit fine, but they are wider so there's space for the caliper.
Bugger, probably the case then that anyone running the narrow bubbles is also running spacers, which really defeats the objective of having the really good offset so I could loose the narrowed beam and go back to stock width! |
