Struck out again today. Although, I did score a Matchbox Karmann Ghia Convertible and a Hot Wheels Thing.

No luck anymore for me either. I went to Target and both Walmarts.

Why they need 2 Walmarts in this "City" (city used very loosely,) I'll never know.

autozone, target, toys r us, walgreens and most drug stores that sell toys might have them.

Got a red one today at Target, only had one left and it was behind some other toys on the shelf after it fell off the hook. I was feeling so generous that I found one, I bought the Thing too. Wal Mart didn't have any. I'll be checking the ones in the area. I did also pick up a T Shirt at Kohl's with a Split Bus on it on sale for $10.

Stopped at another Wal Mart today and picked up two more Buses. Not to rub it in or anything..... :twisted: The Thing they have is pretty cool too. I notice Hot Wheels has a Thing as well, but no Bus that I saw anywhere.

They had a blue Thing at Target. I bought a Hot Wheels orange Thing yesterday.
The Matchbox Ghia is blue as well.

So I am just now seeing this for the 1st time! This morning I was checking ebay and saw this:

Yeah, my son takes the tops off and makes them "veratbles". The orange and tan one have the tops reversed. Did you see the new blue?

I really like the Mexico City taxi beetle above in the thread - makes me think of growing up and seeing them everywhere when I lived there.
