Help I am looking to buy a 1969 bay. According to the owners manual it is a 1969 model. However on the tag behind the drivers seat are the numbers at the top 425 128 508 697 and bat the bottom are the numbers vo(sic) 2211 676140 9070412. Can anyone interpret these numbers for me and tell me what I am looking at. The bus has not run in a year or so. Has a little rust around the bottom of the windshield and along the top drip edges and some rust through on the quarter panels. The pan seems solid. The front supension looks newly replaced and the engine and transmission apprear to be in good shape on the outside. It needs new tires and I don't know about the brakes. It is a pig in a poke as far as I know. I have not started or driven the bus. What would something like this be worth to fix or ratrod. Thanks for the replies just found out the bus is not for sale at a resonalble price.
Thanks
Phil

| That is from your M-code tag not your VIN plate. |
