Paul,
I've seen similar mirrors... usually in Europe at a multi make swap. I am guessing they are basically generic. |

I don't know the brand but suction mirrors are still being used today to give the "passenger" driving teacher a view to back traffic.
A must have over here by law if you learn your kids to drive yourself.
They are usually accompanied with a blue and white suction "L" sign or decal on the back window. "L" stands for "leerling" = learning chap. |

Barnacle, a British accessory company produced lots of suction mirrors in the 50's and 60's although not the example you have
They were marketed as a 'navigator's mirror' |
