2L 1977 bus with 32-34PDSIT2,3 carbs. Looking to buy a carb flow meter (STE Carburetor Flow Meter (SK)) from here: http://cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?productid=572.
The meter would appear to have a circular or oval neck/base - the tops of the PDSIT carbs are roughly circular with the top and bottom sides flattened.
Can anyone say whether the meter I have in mind will work as is with 32-34PDSIT2,3 carbs or will I need to modify them somehow? |

You pop the cone out of the bottom and sit the flat base ontop of the flat carb throat. I prefer the Uni-syn myself, very simple, cheap and capable of much higher flow rates. (like setting part throttle synch).

There won't be a better suggestion than BusDaddy's. They are easy to use, reliable, sturdy and available. They also work and cars tuned with them run well. |
