Hey. I'm the new guy.
Purchased my first Westy a couple of months ago.
She liked to quit running when the fuel level dropped below 3/8's of a tank.
So I dropped the tank, replaced with BD tank.
Also replaced all of the fuel lines, the pump, filter and sending unit.
Here's my question:
Should the fuel filter have visible air in it?
Reason I'm asking is because the pump is making a lot of noise and I'm wondering if the air is the cause.
Also, thanks to kayakwesty for posting the 'how to' on the fuel tank replacement. It really helped me out. |
