| Anybody have this problem?? Installed EMPI wide 5 rear disc brakes on my 1967 bug. Every thing works fine but the E-brake cables are to short, I cannot hook them up to the e-brake handle. Contacted my supplier and they had no answers. I am running 66 short axles and yes the cable is installed correctly into the tubes by the transmission frame horns. According to the supplier there is only one length cable that is used for the short and long axle cars???????????? |

I know this is an old post but it is the first one that pops up using the search function. I figured I would ad the fix for others that come across this post.
