In my build, I'm at the point to bolt on a fuel pump -or-- block off plate..... :?: My question is those that are running a stock pump, have you had much problems (with AZ lovely-special fuel mixures) :?:
On my old 63' I had the crankcase fill-up with fuel problem...so I went electric and never looked back....(street car)
My baja I'd like to keep it reliable...like a stock pump, or maybe I'll just jump to electric again...well 2...just in case |

been running mechanical fuel pump since 75 (maybe replaced twice, not sure since then).
In AZ since August 79...
and a mechanical fuel pump is cheap than electric... |

| Stock pump works fine for me one is two years old the other is 17 years old. The two year old one replaced a 19 year old one that quit pumping. |
