| hey all, so i am trying to figure out what motor is currently in my 70 bus. the number on the case, below the pedastal is UO 193642. my research on the site tells me that is a 68-69 t3 motor? is this right? also, the centrifigul advance distributor has the numbers 0 231 178 003. if there is anything you can tell me about any of this, i would appreciate it. one thing i am trying to do is figure what points and condensor to buy. thanks for your time..brian. |

| Yep, evidently a '68-'69 type 3. But remember that only pertains to the bare engine case. And maybe nothing else so it really doesn't tell you anything. |
