that seat is from a 1979 convertible that seat came out on beetles in 1977 it has the removable headrest

Didn't like the padded dash, so I went for the metal look:
Gonna repaint it along with the car, probably will fill in some of the holes as well. |

| Did the metal dash just bolt in to replace the padded one or was there more to it? I should be getting a 72 project here in the next couple of days and was just curious - I like the metal look as well. |

| If you remove the padded dash that's what's underneath. Some stuff will stick up/out like the ashtray and vents, plus there will be some holes to fill. Lots of threads and pics of this. |
