I have 6x6 arms
The largest a have seen are 7x9
the guys at blindchicken raceing who made my arms will go as big as you want. they convert the inner pivit bushing to a uniball . |

let me answer a question you might not think to ask...
3X3 is the limit with the transmission in the stock location. you have to move the trans back, you ratchet the engineering requirements up a notch or two. |

if your going to go with torsion bars in the rear 3x3 is the biggest you want to go . Alot of guys like the 4x5 arms but that requires going coilover, and you can keep the trans in the stock location.
There are other tricks like widening the rear torsion housing to give you a wider foot print and better cv angles.
the better question is how big do you wan to go or how much do you want to spend.

After a certain poit it's advisable to run dual pivot style arms and get away from a spring plate (and / or adapter). Like these:
Good luck,

| Cool thanks thats what i was looking for the front end i have a feeling is going to cycle close to 18-20" so 4x5's should be perfect. |

| If you're going 4 X 5 then plan on sliding you tranny back. I have race prepped 930 CVs and if I raise the car up too high the CVs click. You can do it, but you'll lose ride height in the process. I'm running my rail at 15" off the ground but could easily be at 20" off if I slid the tranny back. |

| Im not 100% on whats gonna happen to this bug my buddy wants me to build but if i get my way, Its gonna be pretty close to the atomic build done a while back. using toyota spindles and chevy rear hubs with 930 axles. But again my buddy is cheap and will try to halfass it so we will see. How far back do you recommend pushing the trans back? |

| for 4x5 move it back 3 or 4 inches fo the axles are straight out of the trans. I made 1" longer 5" wider and kept the (now bus) trans in the stock location. I run type II cv's and coilovers and have about a foot of travel. |
