Blu Bug Sun Oct 11, 2009 4:24 pm

I have a single 6100 series valved 360/80 on each 3x3 arm of my baja bug. I should have gone with two per arm valved at 275/78 as generally recommended. I'm building a little too much heat on long runs. My question is if I keep the ones valved at 360/80, which valving should I pair with them? The 275/78's or the 170/60's. Or is mixing not acceptable.

You should have the dual shock valveing on all four. Can you revalve them. I went to Fox shocks and he charges $25 each to change the oil, seals and revalve them. If you can't get them revalved at least get the second set valved correctly for duals.
