howdy yall. the other day, someone told me that usung silicon spray, on window seals, made them last much longer. so it got me to thinking, could i use silicon spray on tires to make them last longer? because i bought a nice set of tractor, or mud tires for my rail (has the same kind of tread you see on construction equipment). and was just wondering if i can use that to keep them from cracking. or if there is anything else that would work better. thanks

Pull them off car and bag them in plastic garbage bags for "off season"....
This is what we do with our super sticky auto cross tires...
