| I purchased and made over a sandrail recently. All it had was an old rusty beat up long block. It had no top end nor wiring at all. It is a 1970 AE 1600. I put an Electronic Distributer and also an Alternator on it. The problem is that since it had no wiring before, I have no idea how to wire it now as far as the ignition system and charging goes. I have wired up all the lights etc. but it seems that there is no wiring diagram on the market for what I have. Can anyone help? |

12v+ to the 15 terminal on the coil.
Stud on the alternator to the 12v+ on the battery and the small spade goes to the idiot light. |

| Let's start from the + side of the battery and go from there. The solenoid has a large stud and a small tab on it. The alternator has a stud and tab on it. The coil has a + side and a - side. The ignition switch has a battery tab, ignition tab, ground tab and 8 accesory tabs. Ok, how does it all come together. |
