i tried different combos before i went with these. thornbirds 30 x 10.5 and monster sidewinders. i had my used tire guy on the look for different styles. the boggers worked but it felt like i was driving a tractor. i dont really have enough motor to make them fun. the MTRs do work great in my front yard zippy hole.

those are All terrain. i have tried all terrain and the problem i have is the gumbo mud get stuck in the little grooves and then you have slicks. i saw the new tires Lotrat got and have thought about those on my next tire purchase. they are retreads but for what i do, they would work. http://www.treadwright.com/shopnow/product/tabid/61/productid/4/sename/30-9-50r15-mud.aspx |

| As far as starting goes, you should be fine. A choke is nice so that the engine can warm up while you brush off the snow or scrape the windshield. If not sit in the car and keep it running, then do the outside chores. Don't forget to have the vent window open while you are in the car. |
