I am wondering if there could be a topic forum solely dedicated to EFI for the ACVW? I am in the early stages of converting my ACVW to crank trigger\efi using megasquirt and although the ms forums are great, it just takes forever to search the ms forums because of all the endless possibilities of using efi on other cars. It would be nice to have a dedicated topic on this subject specifically related to the ACVW.
Please consider this as an addition to an already great forum.
thank you Everett for a great site.
Thanks

I don't think it makes sense to have a complete Forum dedicated to that but it might make sense to have a dedicate thread?
Opinions welcome. |

ya a thread or something would be good. the efi and crank trigger ignition are two very important things when setting up high performance motors and/or turbo motors
so to the OP(original poster) start a thread about it in the performance section |

| Good idea for a thread, but unless it is made a sticky, it will be restarted again and again. |

If there is not a thread already in the Performance Forum, feel free to start one.
I would recommend doing some searching first as there may be a suitable thread already that we can promote to a Sticky or add to the Performance FAQ.

thanks for the replies everyone. I know the searching would return desired results, I was just looking for a dedicated place to keep things all the time. Just thought it would simplfy things a bit more.
I can work within the confines of the search if it doesn't make it to it's own topic forum.
thanks

I didn't search extensively but nothing really jumped out at me as the one to "promote" so if you have some good info to start something out and want to start the "official" thread, go for it.
Otherwise, feel free to post your specific questions as a normal thread and let's see how it goes from there. |
