I've never seen a kit with a back like this before. Looks like the fenders and engine cover are all one piece.
I've seen other one piece rears before, but not one like this. |

| I like it. I love how the rear follows the lines on the roof, that go next to the rear window. i would prolly mold that together with the body, and paint it, so it would look like the body was made that way 8) |

Somebody has the whole car for sale here on The Samba.
I don't think I would mold it to the body. Eventually it would crack where the steel and fiberglass are bonded together. |

i sorta like it but i think the cowl section would get in the way of maintence....
once at the dunes i fragged the fan and pulled it apart and replaced it with a used one i bought, just took a couple of hours but with that cowl it would have taken much longer.... |

My thoughts also. Looks nice but when maintenance is needed it might be a pain.

| that fender kit would look awseome on my car... the plate cowl would fit right over my intercooler, maybe even put a fan in it |

| it looks like the cowl and renders are all one piece. if the cowl section would flip up, perhaps using the stock hinges with no spring, that would make life alot easier. or maybe even just hood pins, or dzeus fasteners. |

The looks are great....
Don't think I would opt to get one for a very good reason....
I can remove my rear cover in 5 min if I need good access to the fan shroud or other things.
With this setup I would have to remove the finders also....
Not for me...

There is one simular to this I have seen that is more of a whale tail. I cant remeber who made that one for the life of me. I am no help at all.
I would also have to agree that I would not use that one due to difficulty on working on the motor. The other one I speak of would be cool. |

Actually, it doesn't look like the engine access is any worse than it would be with a Manx or most other dune buggy bodies.
Looks like you could still pull the engine out without removing the fiberglass, but it would be a little more difficult than if it were not there. |
