| Well, i figured out what is bubbling...its my primer. the undercoating is disolving it anywhere that i scuffed through the gloss black when i was doing my prep. now i have to clean off more bubbles and then hit it with the gloss black to seal the edges of the sanding...i hope it bonds to the bare metal well enough |
