Thanks, just picked it up from an ad here on Samba, fresh re-paint, not great but passes the 5-foot test..stand 5-feet away and it looks perfect! All new chrome, tires, body gaskets and trim, has the typical SB problems like rusted front frame cover, oil leaks, rusted battery tray and a few in the heater boxes and front of channels in the wheel wells, all fun projects I'm ready to take on (or pay some one else to do!) Plus the PO gave me boxes of new/spare parts and 2 extra tires with the stickers still on...all for $2500! even if I sink another $2K into it, we are ahead of the deal. Here it is coming home, flatbed since I didn't want to drive it over 100 miles before checking the brakes, oil leak(s), etc so I paid the local shipper:
