Has anyone added an additional propane outlet to an existing westy propane system?
I can imagine several ways to do this, though I would like to hear if others have successfully added an outlet that would be able to accept a nozzle. In my application it would be an extension hose for the Heater Buddy. Winter is coming 8) |

I score most of my lpg down by the tracks on the southside...it's usually cheaper if you get away from the interstate...and always use a fresh needle.
Sure you could add a 100lb tank in your bus for that Heater Buddy...just be safe bro.
Or you could just get a BN4. :D |

All good ideas, but I was really wanting to junction into the existing 2.6 gallon tank that feeds my stove.
A 100 pound tank wrapped in road flares. strapped in the cargo area would be spectacular. Or caged up to the back end to keep knuckle heads off my tail. |

Sent this too late last night, so I'll wake it up this morning.
Does anyone have insight into tapping into the existing westy propane system? Thanks in advance |

I was going to do the same thing. Check out this post. It's for hooking up a furnace, but the T connection he uses could be used for the Mr. heat system with the proper fitting on the terminal end.
