what does replacing the floor pans and heater channels entail? mine are pretty rusted up and i would like to make the underside as nice as the body haha. but i know the floor pans range in price. but what does all the labor include? i have no idea, just wondering if i should replace them or live with the rusted up stuff. any help in this matter would be appreciated.

VERY expensive if you have it done. Alot of work and time if you do it yourself. Jeff

Yep, it's a REALLY big job! I've been at it on my 67 for over a year now, but I'm exceptionally slow.

I took the body off when i did mind and it wasn't that hard. You do have to know how to weld, and a air impack wrench for taking the old pan off does help.
