The control valve plug came out very easy but the other plug is STUCK! :x just wondering how to get it out? Would an impact driver work or would that cause damage to the case?? or drill, tap and remove would be best??? or something else? Just stuck and wondering. Thanks.

Yon can use a 10mm (3/8 inch) tap to pull it out.

You can use a wooden dowel slight tapered to fit inside the piston. Use the one you have out to gauge the taper. Tap it in with a hammer and try to withdraw the piston. I have seen posts regarding this so I guess it may work. If worse comes to worse the tool is available. Good luck

Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear...It is the threaded/slotted screw that is stuck not the piston in the tube. Sorry about that.

OH! If you do not have an impact driver with the head to fit these then you can make something. If you have an old chisel about the right width you can grind it to fit the clot and use and adjustable wrench to turn it. The increased leverage should loosen it right up. Good luck

Rap on it 3 or 4 times with a hammer to loosen up the corrosion in the threads. Then use a really wide screwdriver to turn it out.

Put a pair of vice grips on the screwdriver so you can turn with one hand and push the screwdriver firmly with the other hand.
