| On a 73sb, where does the physical wire for the rear license plate light run? The wiring diagram shows that is should run into T5 (wire connector, double, on passenger seat rail), but I cannot figure out where it goes once it goes through the firewall. It appears to be going through the firewall on the lower right, is that correct? Does the wire run inside the heater channel cavity or something? There is NOTHING entering the inside of the car that I can find anywhere near the battery. |

It runs between the tarboard and the firewall and connects to the right tail light.

| ..........so it never runs up to the front to Fuse#1 as the wiring diagram shows? |

It's easy.....
M2 is the right tail light
X is the License plate light
T2e is the connector by the decklid spring
