So my tubes look weird... The center bolt for the torsion springs on each tube is not on "top" of each tube like everyone's looks. It's to the bottom and front.

Is that an aftermarket ball front end? Or did someone goof it around to give my Baja some lift?

LOL... well if you knew ... then were are the pics...LOL.. almost sounds like they put a link pin beam and cut the ball joint pan head to fit the beam.. but with out pics all i can do is SWAG it... ( Thats a Scientific Wild Ass Guess)

Thats a cut and turned beam. 1/4" to be exact. Add 181 spindles and you get this....

Quite similar actually.

Here's some photos after I drove home from work (with a detour on the beach. :) ).

Looks like I'm missing a grub screw and nut huh? (Secondary question- Could the missing set screw/nut be responsible for my driver's side sag?)

Looks like the grub had been missing for awhile. The torsion leaves probably rusted and broke.

bummer, looks like one of those " the more your tear it apart the more $$ you need deals." Look for a good used beam, weld in adjusters and swap out, that way your rigs not down for very long.

Im doing exactly what chubby said except im building up a good one with lift spindles. Id suggest the same.
