Is a seal required here? I was just going to put a dusting of silicon around it before I rivet it.

| Yep. There are a couple types: 1-The foam seal that comes attached to the Brazilian replacement signal bulb housing/reflector, or, 2-the original-style rubber seal that stretches around the lip of the OG German housing. Either way, you're gonna need those seals to restore your front turn signals correctly. |

| That's what you need. Those are the foam seals, so one will attach to one side of the lip on the housing, the other on the other side. This allows a "water tight" seal between body-to-housing, and housing-to-lens. I suck at explaining all this, but yeah, that's the kit you need. |
