Is a seal required here? I was just going to put a dusting of silicon around it before I rivet it.

Thanks!

Yep. There are a couple types: 1-The foam seal that comes attached to the Brazilian replacement signal bulb housing/reflector, or, 2-the original-style rubber seal that stretches around the lip of the OG German housing. Either way, you're gonna need those seals to restore your front turn signals correctly.

Would that would be these?

That's what you need. Those are the foam seals, so one will attach to one side of the lip on the housing, the other on the other side. This allows a "water tight" seal between body-to-housing, and housing-to-lens. I suck at explaining all this, but yeah, that's the kit you need.

Thanks! I just ordered them up.
