Well, I have seen some good looking beam extensions on the Volksrod forums, but I have no idea how they'd hold up on an offroad car.

Plus they lower the car too. so those would not be ideal for an offroad car.

Usually people who push the front ends out cut the front of the pan off and use the roll cage to extend the front end.

why do you want to extend the pan? you could get a second pan and morph the two together.

i dont really want to go that way, just the nose of it would be enough,i already have enough things to do, i started out just stripping the byg down to redo some things so it could be a driver and one thing led to another and well im sure you know the rest thanks

do this;
or get a donor pan and cut the frame head off farther towards the rear and weld on your pan, adding however much you want. |

i would say about 8 inches. 4inches more to offset the 4in longer arms, then 3 or 4 more, just to extend the wheelbase a little. ive only got 3x3s in the rear, so if i went too far forward, it wouldnt look proportional.
