| I have a pair of 1976 911 seats, with no tracks. The Porsche seats sit lower, What's the best way to adapt the seat. |

| Angle iron and a welder to make adapters. |

If you had the Porsche tracks it would be a lot easier.
Angle iron brackets welded to the tunnel and the heater channel do the trick. But without the tracks, you won't be able to adjust it, and it's going to be a pain trying to get the bolts through your brackets and into the bottom of the seat to hold it in. |

| Could you weld the tracks from the stock seats to an adapter that is welded to the Porsche seats? That's what I'd do.. That way you'd be able to adjust them just like the stock seats. |

| I think I'll try to cut the rails off the stock seat, then use the angle iron to adapt, Thanks |

IMO the tracks from bug seats are crap and would be some work to adapt them. I say go find some tracks off a used car or i think they even sell aftermarket ones for buggy seats. At the end you will have a much better set up.
good seats that adjust easily are a joy |
