| Hello, I have what I was told to be an Empi adjustable front beam on my 68 Beetle. It has a long bolt threaded through a bolt attached to the bottom beam and through a bolt attached to the top beam. There are two nuts on the long bolt that i assume push on the top bolt thereby twisting the top beam down causing the front end to raise. My question is that it isnt working or at least I'm not doing it right. I tighten the two nuts together at the supposed desirted height but when they get to the top bolt they just twist and dont push the upper beam down. I can use any help you guys offer. Thanks. |
