| one of the engine studs that my rocker arms slip on to is stripped, i got the bolt off and im getting a replacement tomorow, do i just get pliers and twist the old on out ( slowly) and then twist the new one in? |

you mean one of the rocker studs? and by "i got the bolt off" do you mean you pulled the stripped stud out? and what do you mean by getting pliers and twisting the old one out and a new one in? one what and what are you twisting? |

| You can use Vise-grips to take out the old stud if you do not have a stud remover. I would double-nut the new one to install though. Good luck |

it out, it wasnt an engine stud, it was the relly short one that bolts to the head that the rocker arms slide onto, wasnt to bad getting it out |
