I know you are supposed to be able to get this stuff from mercedes dealer but was wondering if I can order it online from a mercedes place? So far I haven't seen anything

They sell by the meter and at my last buy Belmetric was getting $21 plus change for a meter of the stuff. A couple of meters (a little more than six feet) will run you about $43 and whatever the shipping might be to your location.

Depending on where you are located I can probably be competitive. I can send you the hose cut to length so you don't have to buy extra. And shipping (if you are a left coaster) would be cheaper.
