ya no problem i love vws there awesome (pretty good on gas too lol) and they usually do keep you out of trouble unless u got a 1776 OR bigger hell my 1600 will prolly get me into some trouble 8)

Rick73Super Wed Dec 02, 2009 12:36 pm

I'm having a 1776 built with 36 Dells, does this mean I'll get in trouble?

slammed sickness Wed Dec 02, 2009 2:30 pm

that depends on if u got a lead foot or not

think a stock 1600 would do burnouts?

wildman1 Thu Dec 03, 2009 11:07 am

anything can do a burn out, if you really want it to.

You will need some slippery juice for a long one into second gear. Yes it works.

slammed sickness Thu Dec 03, 2009 11:39 am

man i dont know what id do without the samba its a great site with great people :D thx for all the help much appreaicated

wildman1 Thu Dec 03, 2009 12:45 pm

Since yer Bug is already stripped down and we all know yer gonna do a really good job fix'n it up, you could take the extra time to add a line lock/roll control device so burn outs are easier and more fun!

Hurst makes a quality unit. This way you will have it installed and plenty of practice using it, until you finish buidling your 2275cc street engine!! Take yer time, all the good stuff happens when you start from scratch and experience every aspect of the fine ACVW.
