| I have a 70 vert that was painted with the fenders molded into the car. I'm wanting to get the car repainted. I would like to remove the fenders to save some money and give me easier access to change some frontend parts. Any suggestions to remove the fenders will be greatly appreciated. |

They were probably just fiberglassed smooth, you could probably just remove the bolts and pry them loose cracking the fiberglass at the seam.

| Either fiberglass or bondo ](*,) or leading was used to fill them. Hopefully its one of the first 2 as leading can be a pain to get it all off unless you want to spend some time with a grinder. |
