Ok, So last year a blew up my 091 so I decided to upgrade to a Mendeola 2D. Since doing this my CV's are clicking very bad. I left the Motor in the same spot and installed the trany via that location. My question is are the output shafts in the same location on the 091 and 2D. I would measure myself but sold the 091. Im guessing I am over exceeding the angles limits of my 930's now.... The up down angles is around 24d and the front back angle is around 15d.

HELP!!!

You have two problems:
1) too much angle in your cv's

2) the Mendeola box is not as wide as the bus box. So you'll probably need longer axles.

mendeola is about 1.75" narrower and the drive flanges are about t inch higher. when we switghed over last year i had the same problem with the race car. lost about 1 " of travel.
