| what would it take to use type two cvs on a type one tranny? just would like a little more angle without having to do the whole bus tranny swap. would like to use one someday, but not a reality right now. just curious if somebody makes somekind of something to be able to use bigger cv's on a type one tranny. |

| You will need flanges that have been modified to run type 2 CVs. and with those you can run type 4 as well. There are companies that sell these kits, CSs, flanges and boots. |

Just get the flanges, like Nicksan said, like these...

You can use Porsche 944 cv's/axles or type 4's for the most travel, or use type 2 cv's for just a little less.
You will also need Thing stub axles or modify your own.
Check out BCR's website for everything you ever wanted to know...
