| Dirt Diggers is way better than Cal City... Cal City is boring. but thats my opinion... Dirt Diggers out by ridgecrest is alot more fun and more things to see and do. Dove Springs is my favorite spot to go but not on a holiday weekend. This year at Dove Springs the cops are sweeping camps and looking for kids on quads and if there not old enough the parents get the ticket. so go to Dove Springs on an off weekend. you know what they say about opinions..."opinions are like but holes everyone has one and they all stink" |

| I'll be out there, the baja is down so we'll just have the bikes. Cal City is good if you are into high speed stuff, but you still gotta watch out for graded road crossings and washouts. The ride to Randsburg is neat, but that place is gonna be PACKED that weekend. If you get bored on the flatgrounds there is some neat riding in the hills to the northeast. There will be alot of people camped near Cal City, we usually camp near Borax Bill Park about 2 miles off of the road, but it tends to get too busy there on big weekends. So we are going to be camped out about 5 miles past where 20 mule team road is maintained. Do you know about where you are camping? |
